Matteo Berrettini is an Italian professional tennis player. He has been ranked as high as world No. 6 in singles by the ATP, achieved in January 2022, and No. 105 in doubles, attained in July 2019. His best performance was reaching the singles final at 2021 Wimbledon, the semifinals of the 2019 US and the 2022 Australian Opens, and the quarterfinals of the 2021 and 2026 French Open. He is the first Italian man to reach the quarterfinals or better at all four Majors.
