Carl Tart is an American actor, improviser, writer, and comedian. Tart is known for being a featured player on the 2016 Fox sketch show Party Over Here, a writer on the 2016 Mad TV revival, and a regular guest on the podcast Comedy Bang! Bang! He starred on the NBC sitcom Grand Crew. He was hired as a writer for Saturday Night Live at the start of the show's 50th season in 2024.
